Purpose:
This record series consists of files on individuals who have contacted the Affirmative Action Office with a complaint of harassment. Information contained within these files includes parties involved, account of the act, action taken, and response to action.
Procedure:
Retain in office for five (5) years after settlement of complaint, then dispose of provided no litigation is pending or anticipated.
