Purpose:

This record series consists of the general correspondence and reference files of the women's Intercollegiate Athletic Office regarding matters such as the administrative budget of the Department, team and participant travel arrangements, fund raising activities, etc.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for three (3) years, then with the cooperation and assistance of the University Archives staff, review files and retain permanently in either the office or the University Archives materials possessing archival/research value and dispose of the balance of the materials after completion of foregoing review(s), providing no litigation is pending or anticipated.
