Purpose:

This record series consists of time sheets which list the total number of hours that every center employee works daily and each pay period.  The originals are maintained in the Payroll Office.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for two (2) years, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
