New Degree Program Requests

Purpose:

This record series consists of the new degree program requests maintained by the Office Of the Assistant Provost.  The records contain all documents generated from requests for new degree programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level including:  the initial written request; supporting documentation (i.e., survey studies, research reports, faculty vitae); and all related correspondence/ memoranda.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for ten (10) years, then transfer to the University Archives for permanent retention.
