Purpose:

This record series consists of student files (active and inactive) maintained by the Office of the Honors Program.  The University honors program permits students to participate actively int he plan and design of their own educational directions within the overall university and departmental curricula.  Specific examples of records include:  copies of applications for admissions, copies grade reports, transcripts, letters of recommendation/ reference and related correspondence.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for five (5) years after graduation or date of last attendance, then dispose of.
