Student Grade Appeal Files

Purpose:

This record series consists of case files which document students recourse provided and followed for protesting a grade received.  The documents show the procedure of appeal and record decisions of the cases. Contents in the record series include correspondence, copies of procedures, decisions, and dean's signature.  The duplicates  are maintained by the Office of the Dean of the Graduate School.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for five (5) years following date of graduation or last attendance, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
