Purpose:
This record series consists of documents which are used to process a student's entry into the departmental curriculum. The records are used to establish and verify the meeting of prerequisites for enrollment of individuals into any of the five basic programs: adult education, foundations, institutional technology, educational administration, and social education. Contents in the record series include an application and supporting documents of student credentials. The originals are maintained by the Graduate School Office.
Procedure:
Retain in office for five (5) years following date of graduation or last attendance, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
