This file contains all grade changes and add/drops initiated within the Department of Performance and Learning Systems.  Original documentation of all grade changes and add/drops is maintained in the Office of Registration and Records.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for one (1) year, then dispose of provided no litigation is pending or anticipated.
