Purpose:

Included in this file are curriculum vitae with Graduate School approval to teach, transcripts, letters of recommendation and synopses of all PLS teaching experience, and course evaluation summary sheets. Original faculty personnel files are maintained by the provost's Office for sixty-five (65) Years.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for five (5) years after separation from employment, then dispose of.
