Purpose:
This record series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence between the Physical Education Department, other university departments, and groups or individuals outside of the institution. The files mostly contain data from the Chairman or Program Director. Contents in the record series include letters, notes, memos, policies, and procedures.
Procedure:
Retain in office for three (3) years, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
