Purpose:

The records include:  copies of vitae/resumes, copies of transcripts, initial payroll authorizations, and related correspondence (i.e., hiring letter).  Original faculty personnel records are maintained with the Office of the Provost.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for five (5) years after the date of separation from employment, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
