Purpose:

The files contain duplicate faculty records including:  letters of recommendation; annual evaluations; sabbatical reports; resumes/vitae; faculty service reports; student evaluations of faculty (printout of rankings).  Original faculty personnel files are retained with the Office of the Provost.
 

Procedure:

Retain in the office for five (5) years after separation from employment, then dispose of providing all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
