Purpose:

This record series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence between the Psychology Department, other university departments, and various individuals or groups. Contents in the record series include letters, memos, notes, rough drafts, policies and procedures.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for three (3)  years, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
