General Correspondence Files

Purpose:

This record series consists of the general correspondence files (i.e., letters of recommendation, student inquiries) maintained by the Office of Women's Studies.
 

Procedure:

Retain in the office for three (3) years, then review files and dispose of all correspondence no longer possessing any administrative value.
