Purpose:
This record series consists of general correspondence between the Human and Family Resources Department, other university departments, and individuals or groups outside of the University. Contents in the record series consists of letters, memos, rough drafts, notes, policies and procedures.
Procedure:
Retain in office for three (3) years, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
