Purpose:

This record series contains correspondence to and from other campus offices, outside vendors and other radio stations.  Also included are various organizational newsletters and other materials of interest.  This correspondence file has been maintained separately from the latter item.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for three (3) years, then dispose of provided no litigation is pending or anticipated.
