Purpose:

Data in the record series include date worked, person in charge, starting time, ending time, nature of duty, total hours, total monies paid, job classification, attached dollar amount and employee signature.  
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for two (2) years, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
