Purpose:

This record series includes financial statememts, check requests and supporting information and record of transfer of funds from the Foundation Fund to the Vice President for Student Affairs Office for the purpose of paying for special events.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for three (3) years, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
