Search Files for Position Appointees

Purpose:

This record series consists of files compiled during the search for persons to fill vacant positions.  Included are applications, memos, correspondence, and all related affirmative action forms.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for five (5) years following the termination of the position vacancy, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
