Purpose:

This record series consists of ledger printouts which contain fiscal reference data for accounting reconciliations, audit trails, and controls. Data in the record series include name of student, amount paid, identification number, eligibility points, social security number, student aid index, and statistics of enrollment and validation.
 

Procedure:

Retain in office for five (5) years following expiration of grant(s), then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
